Energy Secretary **Alfonso Cusi** has more than four decades of leadership experience in the private and public sectors. He was previously Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority and General Manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA). He is former Chairman of shipping company Starlite Ferries and headed various companies engaged in logistics and distribution, manning and crewing and maritime engineering. Senator **Win Gatchalian** was elected to the Philippine Senate in 2016. He was first elected to public office as a member of Congress for Valenzuela in 2001 to 2004. Win also served as mayor of Valenzuela for three consecutive terms from 2004 to 2013.
