James Donovan is co-founder and CEO of ADEC Group. Starting from nothing 15 years ago, Jim and his partner, Carol Esguerra (CFO), built ADEC Group into one of the country’s most global companies with 5,000 employees spread out across the US, UK, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Africa and the Philippines.
The company is considered a revolutionary pioneer in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). Two of its subsidiary companies (FirstCarbon Solutions and PharmaKPO) have become leading global players in the key global sectors of their focus.
ADEC Group is winner of the Executive Leadership Team of the Year award at the recent Asia CEO Awards and past winner of the Most Innovative BPO Company of the Year award at International ICT Awards.
