He is currently engaged by the Land Transport Authority to advise on the implementation of the financial aspects of the new national clearing and settlement system for the e-payment card.
In recent years, Philip led a number of leading edge business and IT management consultancy projects in Singapore and the region. These projects range from the design and development of governance frameworks, risk management frameworks, enterprise value and portfolio management models. He has been personally involved in 20 enterprise risk and governance projects.

Tony Robbins is a geologist/geochemist with over 40 years experience in the mining industry. He has lived or worked in the South East Asia mining community for more than 20 years. From 1968 to 1996, Tony Robbins worked for WMC (Western Mining Corporation) where he held a range of senior positions including operations manager, exploration manager – Eastern Australia and exploration manager – South East Asia/Pacific region. Ray Roxas-Chua, Chairman CICT

Ray Anthony Roxas-Chua III joined the Philippine government in October 2007 as the Chairman of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT). He is the third Chairman of the CICT and the youngest member of the Cabinet. As the Chairman of the CICT, he is also designated as the Development Champion of the Cyber Corridor Super Region and the Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Advisory Council. 

Prior to his appointment, he was President of ARCYA Glass Corporation, a glass manufacturing company, and Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Pacific Land and Building Corporation, a property development and management company. 

Prior to moving back to the Philippines in 2005, Mr. Roxas-Chua was Vice President of the Technology Investment Banking unit of Citigroup Inc. in Palo Alto, California, where he focused on equity and debt underwriting, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and bank loan syndication for technology companies, particularly in the communications equipment, electronic manufacturing services and semiconductor sectors. 

Mr. Roxas-Chua graduated at the top of his high school class at Xavier School and pursued his college education at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Jeff has spent over 20 years in the contact center space, primarily in executive operations roles, but has also enjoyed responsibility for Sales Management and Client Relationship leadership. 

As EVP, Solutions & Strategy-Asia, based in Manila, Jeff is responsible for exploring new Asian markets & relationships, driving business development efforts, serving as Executive Sponsor for existing clients supported from the Philippines locations and providing operations/start up overlay support.

Prior to recently moving into this new role, Jeff was the Divisional Executive, Commercial & Telco Markets, providing leadership for over 7000 reps in the US, Canada, Philippines, Costa Rico and Mexico.

Jeff has been involved in the Philippines, dating back to 2001 when he explored this market as a possible solution for Gateway Computers.

Over his career, Jeff has worked for several outsourcing organizations including APAC Customer Services, I-Sky and DecisionOne Corporation. He also worked for Gateway Computers, where he managed award winning Technical Support, Customer Care & Outsourcer Relationships. Jeff was with Walmart.com where he was responsible for call center strategy and outsourcer relationships. 

Jeff has lead outbound/inbound operations, technical support, customer care, back office, collections and sales management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

Barry Marshall, JP Morgan

Barry Edward Marshall completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Arizona State University in 1993. He attained his Masters degree in Business Administration from the London Business School, UK in 2005. 

Barry has been with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over 15 years. Currently the Senior Country Operations Officer (SCOO) overseeing all Philippine-based Offshore and Outsourced operations of the firm, his responsibilities also include providing direction for the growth and expansion efforts of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Real Estate and operational investments in the country. 

As the pioneer for JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s efforts in the Philippines, he has been instrumental in growing the firms internal operations to over 3,000 FTE and leveraging over 5,000 FTE at strategic third party partners. He has had over 5 years of hands-on experience in offshore and outsourced operations across both India and the Philippines. He has been a resident in Manila since 2005. 

Barry has held numerous leadership / board positions with educational, religious and academic organizations. His interests include traveling, philanthropy, tennis, photography, guitar and computers. 

Barry is married to Michelle and they have 3 children.

This covers providing consultancy advisory services covering Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to customers on their future Outsourcing strategies. He is a highly skilled General Manager with experience covering Sales, Delivery and P+L management. He has worked in Asia Pacific for over 10 years with a good understanding of business practices and challenges across the diverse IT markets across the region.
 
Gerry’s experience in the IT area covers 25 years and includes providing Strategy, Sales, Operations and Delivery experience to clients. His background covers managing Client Relationships as well as managing delivery of IT systems covering both Infrastructure and Application Services. He is experienced in both selling and delivering large Outsourcing Contracts from a Service Provider perspective and is now turning this experience into helping Customers better understand their Outsourcing Options as well as getting the best services from their Service Providers.
 
Gerry’s role at TPI is to give unbiased, independent advise to our clients to help them better understand their Sourcing Options to determine a Best Sourcing Strategy whether this be Full Outsourcing, Partial, Discrete Outsourcing or In Sourcing and the creation of Shared Service Centres.
 
Gerry Clark is also the Chairman of the HR Outsourcing Association in Asia Pacific.
 
Before joining TPI Gerry was the regional CEO for Capgemini’s Outsourcing business for Asia Pacific where he was responsible for Sales and Delivery of large IT Outsourcing contracts across Industry sectors such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail and Government. He was also a Board Member of a Joint Venture Company delivering offshore BPO services in China. During this period Gerry was also responsible for establishing and growing large Offshore Delivery Centres in both India and China. Gerry has also held a variety of senior roles in previous companies including Sales Director for a Systems Integration Company and as the Managing Director for a UK Software company. 
 
Gerry is a regular presenter at various IT conferences across Asia Pacific.
 

 


 

 

Chris Duncan-Webb

  

Executive Background:

  

As a long time employee of the American International Group, Chris Duncan-Webb has worked on three different continents and in seven different countries. 
 
Having spent one year at AIG’s head office in New York he returned to Asia in January 2006 to be President and CEO of AIG’s captive BPO Company, Business Processing Services Inc. (BPSI) in the Philippines.
 
Prior to his move to New York, Chris had spent over nine years in Asia, as President of AIA Indonesia Ltd., General Director of AIA Vietnam Ltd., and Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Systems Officer of AIG’s flagship life insurance company in Taiwan, Nan Shan Life Insurance Company.
 
Chris speaks from considerable personal experience on managing successfully within different cultural environments.
