Maulik Parekh is the President
and CEO of SPi Global Solutions, a leading KPO and Customer Interaction
Solutions company with more than 14,000 employees in the US, Europe, the
Philippines, India, and Vietnam. Prior to joining SPi Global Solutions,
Maulik was Executive Vice President of Asia Operations for TeleTech
Holdings. At TeleTech, Maulik orchestrated an ambitious growth strategy
that grew the company's Asian presence from 6,000 employees to over
22,000 employees across 14 sites. Under his leadership, the company won
seven industry awards including the BPO Company of the Year from the ICT
Committee in the Philippines. Prior to joining TeleTech, Maulik was with
Dish Network, a leading satellite TV provider in the USA, where he
initiated the company's offshoring strategy in India and the
Philippines, led the Direct Sales Division and managed an operational
team of more than 4,000 employees. Maulik has a Bachelor of Engineering
from Gujarat University, India and an International MBA from the
Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
