Philip
is an Executive Director with the Risk Consulting practice of Deloitte,
leading the Risk and Governance practice. This practice provides
information technology, financial and risk management consulting
services. He is also the Head of Information and Technology Risk
(Security & Privacy) Services at Deloitte Singapore and he
specialises in the analysis of business process risks and controls and
evaluating their efficiency and effectiveness, together with performing
key IT security assessment and implementation engagements.
In recent years, he has led a number of leading edge business and IT
management consultancy projects in Singapore and the region. These
projects range from the design and development of governance
frameworks, risk management frameworks, enterprise value and portfolio
management models. He has been personally involved in 20 enterprise
risk and governance projects.
Philip has also contributed the chapter titled “The Role of Enterprise
Risk Management in a Sound System of Internal Controls” for the book
titled “From Conformance to Performance: Best Corporate Governance
Practices for Asian Companies” in collaboration with Prof Mak Yuen Teng
of NUS. He was also a guest lecturer on Enterprise Risk Management for
Nanyang Business School.
He recently concluded research on the link between corporate governance
as measured by the Business Times’ Governance Transparency Index (GTI)
and market valuation of Singapore-listed firms. Mr. Philip Chong has 24
years of experience in the industry.

Luis
is the Managing Partner at Manabat Delgado Amper & Co., the
Philippine member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He is both a
Certified Public Accountant and a Lawyer. He brings with him over 25
years of experience rendering professional services across a wide
spectrum of industries. He is also a member of the Board of Directors
of Deloitte Southeast Asia - a cluster of member firms operating in
Brunei, Guam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and
Vietnam.
He is a member of the Integrated Bar of
the Philippines, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in
Public Practice. He is also a member of the Philippine Chamber of
Commerce and Industry and the Rotary Club of Makati West.
He completed his Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
