ASIA SECURITY SUMMIT 2016

ASIA SECURITY SUMMIT 2016

We're improving... Aren't we?

Asia Security Summit 2016, presented by AIG and Aon ,

Starting immediately, the new government will attempt what many say is impossible: to “GET CONTROL” of crime and corruption. The resulting clash of titans will be one of the great trials of the nation. Will Filipinos have the will to support their government’s efforts when a massive increase in violence will almost certainly be the short-term result?

A lot is at stake for the nation. If the government succeeds, Philippines will finally escape being rated one of the world’s most notorious hotspots for kidnap, extortion and corruption — and more recently cyber-crime. If it fails, many feel economic and social stagnation will be the outcome.

Learn how to protect your family, your employees and your business during the tumultuous period ahead. High level presenters will give practical insights for dealing with physical security, cyber-crime and financial fraud.

Join us for Asia Security Summit 2016, presented by AIG and Aon. While making positive strides in most areas over the past decade, Philippines is still considered one of the world’s most notorious hotspots for kidnap, ransom & extortion (KRE), according to statistics. Asia Security Summit 2016 helps business people protect their people and themselves.

Extremist groups such as the Abu Sayyaf and the NPA are active contributors to the KRE profession but numerous upstart entrepreneurial groups are also do their part. Reports say ISIS is now providing advisory support to local groups. Cyber crime and major financial fraud are also said to be flourishing. A recent incident involving RCBC attracted global headlines. Similar cases could be on the way since the readiness to handle such crime is perceived to be low.
